Direct billing

Overview

WarpStream accepts credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfer for U.S.-based bank accounts. To enter a payment method, navigate to the billing page in the WarpStream Console, and click on the “Payment Methods” tab.

Credit and debit cards

WarpStream accepts credit and debit cards globally, except for cards originating in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Russia, and India.

Prepaid cards are not accepted.

ACH transfer

WarpStream accepts ACH transfers from U.S.-based bank accounts. Bank transfers from outside of the United States are not accepted.

For customers with bank accounts based outside of the United States, WarpStream recommends using the AWS Marketplace integration.
